Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Pin app for macOS (the "Application") developed by Florian Schuster (the "Developer"). By downloading or using Pin, you agree to these terms.

License

The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the Mac App Store terms.

App Store Terms

The Application is distributed through the Mac App Store. Your use of the Application is also subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and the Apple Standard EULA. If there is a conflict between those terms and these Terms of Use, the Apple terms apply.

Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application, or create derivative works based on it, except to the extent permitted by law.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Application, including its design, code, and trademarks, remain with the Developer.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Developer does not warrant that the Application will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application.

Termination

These terms remain in effect until terminated. You may stop using the Application at any time. The Developer may terminate or suspend your license if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Application.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Austria, excluding its conflict of law rules. The courts of Vienna, Austria shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

The Developer may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
